Had to uninstall it. However, now I get a message every time the computer is turned on asking if I want to allow it to re-install. I have had no success in finding a way to end that pop up along with a monitoring message that pops up.

In regards to the problem you are having uninstalling SecureAnywhere, I am unsure what the problem is considering that the entire installation of SecureAnywhere is very small and usually uninstalls in less than 30 seconds. It could be that whatever other security software you have installed is blocking the ability to uninstall SecureAnywhere. It can also be caused by an infection on your PC or software conflict. After doing a lot of research on the web I decided to go with Webroot Secure Anywhere Antivirus. Ths Antivirus detection rates were up there with the top programs plus it was developed to work alongside MSE. The software also includes a firewall and real-time behavioral technology so I no longered needed my ThreatFire AV program.
Downloading the program from Amazon was a snap and installing on my computer was a no brainer. Very user friendly program and purchasing the 3 license version I installed it on my WIN XP and 7 no problem. Go ahead and do a google search on this AV and I think you will be impressed with it's credentials.
